Fait Avec Amour Grazing Tables & Charcuteries is your neighborhood Charcuterie Catering Service! From large grazing tables to bottomless mimosa bars, we’ve got you covered at your next event!
Emelie Gonzales, the owner of Fait Avec Amour Grazing Tables & Charcuteries, had discovered her love for creating beautiful displays with charcuterie boards and towers. She lets her creativity flow to build an unforgettable, amazing table for any event. A few years ago, she was stuck and didn’t know what she wanted to do in life. As a fun little project, she tried her hand at making charcuterie boards and realized she was great at it! Every board she made, she received compliments about how gorgeous they were. So she turned that into a business to share it with everyone!

Policy & Acknowledgement
50% deposit required to book event date. Deposit is nonrefundable. Remaining amount is due 48 hrs before start of event. If amount is not paid by then, booking will be canceled. Reschedules and cancellations are free. Cancellations within 48 hrs of event date will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Delivery & set up are included in pricing. Pricing is determined by ingredients, distance of event from owner, labor costs, duration of set up (typically 1 hr), & rental of equipment & tables. Food must only be available for consumption for 3 hours after setting up according to FDA guidelines. Duration is narrowed to 2 hrs if event is outdoors. Fait Avec Amour provides equipment & tables. Customer is not entitled to keep equipment as they are paying for the rental of these items. Fait Avec Amour reserves the right to refuse service. If service is refused & payment was made, a 25% refund will be made. This does not include the amount in the deposit. Fait Avec Amour is certified in food handling services and serving alcohol as of 2023. Both licenses may be provided as proof upon request of the customer. Minors (any person(s) under the age of 21) will be refused alcohol services, even in private events. A valid ID will be required by whomever books an event including mimosa services.
